Education & Doula Training
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, which has allowed me to deeply understand the social dynamics and cultural influences that shape our birth experiences. Alongside this, I have a minor is psychology, with a specific concentration in Medicine and Public Health. I received my Full-Spectrum Doula Training Through DTI (Doula Trainings International).
As a Full Spectrum Doula
I provide comprehensive support throughout the entire reproductive journey. This includes prenatal care, birth support, postpartum care as well as support during miscarriage, abortion, and fertility challenges. I am here to hold space, provide compassionate guidance, and empower you to make informed choices that align with your unique needs and desires.

What sets me apart as a full spectrum Doula is my commitment to curating a bohemian approach to care. I believe in honoring the natural processes of the body, while embracing a holistic and individualized approach to support. I incorporate elements of creativity, flexibility, and mindfulness into my practice, ensuring a nurturing and empowering experience for my clients.
In Addition to Training as Doula
I bring a deeply personal aspect to my work as a doula. As a mother of four daughters, my own birth experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding and trust in the incredible capabilities of the human body.Through each of my pregnancies and births, I have experienced the innate strength, resilience, and wisdom that lies within us as women. These experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for the transformative power of childbirth and the importance of honoring the natural processes that unfolds.
